Is an international award-winning visual artist and physician based in Madrid.She is interested in exploring social issues trough visual arts and photodocumentary. Her projects are also developed in the field of medicine and cooperation and her constant is social change trough photography.
She has ben selected by PHotoEspaña to attend a Tino Soriano workshop and also by NOOR to attend a Tanya Habjouqa, Sebastián Liste and Jon Lowenstein workshop.
She received Grand Prize and Gold Prize in Nikon Photo Contest 2018-2019 with her work “Ayimpoka” that was exhibited in Shibuya streets and Shibuya Cast (Tokyo) and also in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and France. Previously she participated in group exhibitions of other awarded works. In 2019, she had the first prize in the 18th edition of Spanish Geriatric Nursing Association Photo Contest. In 2018, she was finalist in the 4th edition of Redmadre Association Photo Contest. In 2013 and 2016 she had the honourable mention in Photomath, a contest that promote mathematical research, as well as creativity and its presence in everyday life.
Beside photography, she also participates in art exhibitions with collage creations in diverse dimensions with Galeria Independiente Workshop in Madrid.
